The total cost is $250, with a $40 deposit required at sign-up to reserve your spot. Each student must complete their own registration form to be officially registered. Don’t wait—spots fill up quickly! 

 You can fill out the form online, then print and turn it in when it’s completed, or save it and email it instead. Email all forms to:  caleb@freedomlifechurch.net.
