LIving With Confidience

Mar 15, 2026    Chad Word

Pastor Chad shared from Hebrews 3–4 that the Christian life isn’t passive—it requires daily commitment and encouragement from other believers. The focus of the passage is on sanctification, or how we grow in our faith, not just salvation, pointed to the Israelites, who missed the Promised Land because of unbelief, as a warning for us to pay attention to our spiritual lives and not drift away from confidence in Christ.

The message was clear: true believers continue to trust Jesus and hold firm to their faith. This kind of faith grows through daily encouragement from other Christians, not just showing up on Sundays. God’s grace isn’t passive—it’s something that actively helps us draw closer to Jesus as we encourage one another along the way.
